What to expect

Thoughtful decisions,
made in the right order.

A good creative process should make the project easier to understand—not add another layer of mystery. Each engagement is mapped before design begins, with clear responsibilities and room for useful collaboration.

01

First conversation

We talk about your business, the people you need to reach, what is working now and what needs to change. This is also a chance to make sure the project is a good fit on both sides.

Typical timing · 30–45 minutes
02

Recommendation & proposal

You receive a straightforward recommendation covering the project scope, services, estimated timeline, review points and total cost. You will know what is included before anything begins.

Includes · Scope, schedule and price
03

Visual roadmap

Once approved, we map the project with a visual timeline. It identifies milestones, responsibilities, content deadlines, meetings and decision points so there are no surprises along the way.

You receive · A shared project roadmap
04

Direction & mockups

Before a full build or rollout, you see the proposed direction. Website projects may include a sitemap, content outline and desktop and mobile mockups; identity work may begin with visual territories and logo concepts.

You review · The idea before the build
05

Build, review & refine

The approved direction is developed in planned stages. Feedback is gathered at scheduled review points, revisions are made in rounds and progress stays visible from start to finish.

Built in · Clear feedback rounds
06

Launch & handoff

After final checks, the work is launched or delivered with the files, access and guidance you need. Website projects include responsive testing and launch support; ongoing help can be scoped when useful.

Finish line · Tested, organized and ready
